Description

Delightful frozen yogurt bites made with Greek yogurt and your favorite fruits, perfect for a healthy snack or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt for a vegan option)
  • 23 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust according to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 cup mixed berries, chopped strawberries, or mashed banana
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips or cacao nibs (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons granola or toasted nuts (optional)
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Line your mini muffin tin with paper liners or set out silicone molds.
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir together the yogurt, sweetener, vanilla, and a pinch of salt until smooth. Adjust the sweetness based on your taste.
  3. If using small berries, fold half of them into the yogurt mixture. For larger fruits, add a small amount into each mold after adding the yogurt.
  4. Spoon or pipe the yogurt mixture into the molds, filling them about three-quarters full.
  5. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips, granola, or fruit slices on top, gently pressing them in.
  6. Freeze the filled molds on a flat surface for at least 1–2 hours, ideally 3 hours for the best texture.
  7. To unmold, let them sit at room temperature for 2–3 minutes before popping them out.

Notes

Allow yogurt bites to thaw for a few minutes before eating for easier consumption.
