Ingredients
- 2 medium semi-ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons drippy creamy peanut butter
- 1.5 cups dark chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional)
- Flaky sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Line a medium-sized baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Peel and slice the bananas into 1/3-inch thick rounds, arranging them on the parchment.
- Spread the creamy peanut butter over the banana slices, then freeze for about 20 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the frozen banana-peanut butter layer and spread it evenly.
- Freeze the tray for 90-120 minutes until solid.
- Break the bark into pieces and enjoy!
