Description

A delicious, crunch-filled sandwich that combines spicy chicken with a creamy homemade sauce, perfect for any meal occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 4 Brioche buns
  • 1 cup Lettuce
  • 1 Tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Mayo
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken breasts in buttermilk, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your oven or air fryer while the chicken marinates.
  3. Coat the marinated chicken in breadcrumbs mixed with paprika.
  4. Cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Combine mayo with lemon juice to create a creamy sauce.
  6. Assemble the sandwich with sauce on the brioche bun, followed by lettuce, tomato, and the crispy chicken.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

For authentic flavor, let the chicken marinate longer if possible. Serve with fries or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
