Ingredients
- 2 Chicken breasts
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 4 Brioche buns
- 1 cup Lettuce
- 1 Tomato, sliced
- 1/2 cup Mayo
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
Instructions
- Marinate chicken breasts in buttermilk, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven or air fryer while the chicken marinates.
- Coat the marinated chicken in breadcrumbs mixed with paprika.
- Cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
