Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Low-Carb Tortillas
  • 8 tablespoons Marinara Sauce
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 20 slices Pepperoni
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lay the low-carb tortillas flat on a clean surface.
  3. Spread 2 tablespoons of marinara sauce evenly on each tortilla.
  4. Top each tortilla with a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Lay the pepperoni slices on top of the cheese, distributing evenly.
  6. Roll each tortilla tightly, making sure the filling stays inside as you go.
  7. Brush the exterior of each roll-up with olive oil to promote browning.
  8. Place the roll-ups seam side down on a baking sheet.
