- 4 pieces Low-Carb Tortillas
- 8 tablespoons Marinara Sauce
- 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 20 slices Pepperoni
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lay the low-carb tortillas flat on a clean surface.
- Spread 2 tablespoons of marinara sauce evenly on each tortilla.
- Top each tortilla with a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Lay the pepperoni slices on top of the cheese, distributing evenly.
- Roll each tortilla tightly, making sure the filling stays inside as you go.
