Ingredients
- Large russet potatoes
- Olive oil
- Coarse salt

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash the potatoes thoroughly and pat them dry.
- Prick each potato several times with a fork.
- Rub each potato generously with olive oil and sprinkle with coarse salt.
- Place the potatoes directly on the oven rack or a baking sheet.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes, until the skins are crispy and the insides feel soft.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
