Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground hamburger
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can diced tomatoes (drained)
- 1 can diced green chiles (drained)
- Shredded cheese (your favorite type)
- 1 package puff pastry
Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to the puff pastry package instructions.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the hamburger until fully cooked, draining excess fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning along with the drained diced tomatoes and green chiles.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the hamburger mixture in the center of each pastry square and top with cheese.
- Fold the pastry over the filling and press down to seal.
- Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.
