Ingredients
- 1 pie crust
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, bell peppers, mushrooms, sausage, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a pie dish and cover it with your pie crust, sealing the edges well to keep the filling inside.
- Cut a few slits into the top of the crust for steam to escape during baking.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
