Description

A delicious fusion of your favorite pizza toppings nestled within a flaky, golden crust, perfect for family dinners or casual get-togethers.

Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, bell peppers, mushrooms, sausage, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture into a pie dish and cover it with your pie crust, sealing the edges well to keep the filling inside.
  4. Cut a few slits into the top of the crust for steam to escape during baking.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For the best results, let your pie crust sit at room temperature before using. You can also experiment with different cheese blends for unique flavors.
