Crispy and flavorful Pepperoni Pizza Chips that pack all the classic pizza flavors into a delightful snack.
Ingredients
- Sliced pepperoni
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Italian seasoning (optional)
- Parchment paper or silicone baking mat
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Lay out the pepperoni slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure to leave space between each slice.
- Sprinkle about 1–2 teaspoons of shredded mozzarella on top of each pepperoni slice.
- If desired, lightly dust the mozzarella with Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes, keeping a close eye to avoid burning.
- Once done, remove from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for 2–3 minutes.
- Transfer the chips to a cooling rack or platter to serve.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days. For longer storage, freeze uncooked slices before baking.
