Description

Crispy and flavorful Pepperoni Pizza Chips that pack all the classic pizza flavors into a delightful snack.


Ingredients

  • Sliced pepperoni
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Italian seasoning (optional)
  • Parchment paper or silicone baking mat


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Lay out the pepperoni slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure to leave space between each slice.
  3. Sprinkle about 1–2 teaspoons of shredded mozzarella on top of each pepperoni slice.
  4. If desired, lightly dust the mozzarella with Italian seasoning.
  5. Bake for 8–10 minutes, keeping a close eye to avoid burning.
  6. Once done, remove from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for 2–3 minutes.
  7. Transfer the chips to a cooling rack or platter to serve.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days. For longer storage, freeze uncooked slices before baking.
