Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
- Slice the zucchinis thinly using a mandoline slicer or a sharp knife.
- In a large bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Place the slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Evenly sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over each zucchini slice.
