Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F and lightly grease a 9×13 inch casserole dish.
- Place the chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound them to an even thickness of about 0.5 to 0.75 inches.
- Rub olive oil over the pounded chicken to ensure the spices stick.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken evenly with the seasoning mixture, ensuring each piece is well covered.
