Warm, pillowy apple-filled bites that deliver all the nostalgia of homemade apple pie without the fuss, perfect for desserts and snack time.
Ingredients
- 1 can (8-count) Pillsbury Grand biscuits
- 1 cup apple pie filling, diced
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 teaspoons apple pie spice
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and grease the basket.
- In a small bowl, combine the granulated sugar, cinnamon, and apple pie spice, and set aside.
- Open the can of biscuits and separate each round, flattening each with your fingers.
- Place 1–2 tablespoons of diced apple pie filling in the center of each biscuit.
- Gather the edges of the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal into a ball.
- Brush each ball with melted butter and roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Arrange in the air fryer basket and air fry at 350°F for 8–10 minutes, rotating halfway through.
- Let cool for 3–5 minutes before serving. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
Notes
If you prefer less sugar, reduce granulated sugar to 1/2 cup. For dairy-free, substitute melted butter with coconut oil or vegan butter. Use fresh apples if canned isn’t available.
