Description

Warm, pillowy apple-filled bites that deliver all the nostalgia of homemade apple pie without the fuss, perfect for desserts and snack time.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (8-count) Pillsbury Grand biscuits
  • 1 cup apple pie filling, diced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 teaspoons apple pie spice
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and grease the basket.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the granulated sugar, cinnamon, and apple pie spice, and set aside.
  3. Open the can of biscuits and separate each round, flattening each with your fingers.
  4. Place 1–2 tablespoons of diced apple pie filling in the center of each biscuit.
  5. Gather the edges of the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal into a ball.
  6. Brush each ball with melted butter and roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  7. Arrange in the air fryer basket and air fry at 350°F for 8–10 minutes, rotating halfway through.
  8. Let cool for 3–5 minutes before serving. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.

Notes

If you prefer less sugar, reduce granulated sugar to 1/2 cup. For dairy-free, substitute melted butter with coconut oil or vegan butter. Use fresh apples if canned isn’t available.
