Description

A restaurant-quality dish featuring tender seared chicken with a creamy Parmesan and sun-dried tomato sauce, ready in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Garlic powder, to taste (or 1–2 cloves minced garlic)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken until golden, about 6–7 minutes per side.
  3. Remove the chicken; pour heavy cream into the same skillet, scraping browned bits.
  4. Stir in Parmesan and sun-dried tomatoes; simmer for 3–4 minutes until thickened.
  5. Add fresh basil, adjust seasoning, and return chicken to the skillet to heat through.
  6. Serve immediately with chosen sides.

Notes

This dish is versatile; serve over pasta or with mashed potatoes for different meals.
