Description

A delightful twist on traditional Mexican fare featuring succulent lobster in warm tortillas topped with fresh cabbage and zesty lime.

Ingredients

  • Lobster tails
  • Corn tortillas
  • Shredded cabbage
  • Lime juice
  • Chopped cilantro
  • Olive oil
  • Minced garlic
  • Hot sauce (optional)
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the lobster tails using your preferred method (boiling or grilling) until they are fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Then chop the cooked lobster into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a skillet, heat a splash of olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  3. Add the lobster pieces to the skillet and heat for an additional 2 minutes, ensuring it’s warmed through.
  4. Warm your corn tortillas on a dry skillet or grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
  5. Assemble your tacos by first placing a generous amount of lobster on each tortilla. Then, top it with shredded cabbage, chopped cilantro, and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
  6. If desired, drizzle hot sauce on top before serving!

Notes

Don’t overcook the lobster to avoid a rubbery texture, and use fresh ingredients for the best flavor.
