- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper

- Vegetable oil for frying
- ½ cup honey
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

- Heat the Oil: In a deep pan or frying pot, heat about 2 inches of vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
- Bread the Shrimp: Dredge each shrimp in the flour mixture, shake off the excess, dip in the egg mixture, and coat again in the flour mixture.
- Fry to Perfection: Carefully place shrimp in the hot oil, frying them a few at a time for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
- Add the Sauce: Once all shrimp are fried, toss them in the hot honey sauce until well coated.
- Serve: Enjoy immediately with extra sauce for dipping!
