Description

A refreshing and slushy drink made with frozen peaches and fresh lemon juice, perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen peach slices
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (strained)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • Optional garnishes: Lemon slices, peach wedges, mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Juice the lemons until you have about 1/2 cup of fresh lemon juice. Strain if desired.
  2. In a high-speed blender, combine the frozen peaches, lemon juice, honey (or syrup), ice cubes, and cold water.
  3. Blend on high until smooth and slushy, about 30–60 seconds, scraping down the sides as needed.
  4. Adjust texture by adding more water or frozen peaches/ice if needed.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity as desired.
  6. Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with lemon slices, peach wedges, and mint leaves. Serve immediately.

Notes

You can switch the sweeteners or use fresh peaches when in season for added flavor.
