Description

Warm and savory sliders filled with tender roast beef, caramelized onions, and melted provolone cheese, served with rich au jus for dipping.

Ingredients

  • 1 package King’s Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 pound deli roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 large onion, caramelized
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • Butter (for brushing)
  • Au jus for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Carefully slice the King’s Hawaiian rolls in half, keeping them attached.
  3. Layer the deli roast beef over the bottom half of the rolls followed by the caramelized onions.
  4. Top off with provolone cheese covering the beef and onions.
  5. Place the top half of the rolls on.
  6. Melt some butter and generously brush it over the tops of your sliders.
  7. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the rolls are golden brown.
  8. Serve warm alongside a small bowl of au jus for dipping.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding spices to the beef or using different types of cheese. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days, or frozen for 1-2 months.
