Description

Golden, crispy tortillas filled with a savory mixture of shredded chicken, cream cheese, and spices, baked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 8 tortillas (flour or corn)
  • Olive oil or cooking spray
  • Guacamole or salsa (for dipping)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and spices. Mix until well blended.
  3. Warm your tortillas in a skillet or microwave until pliable.
  4. Spoon a couple of tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla. Roll them tightly, ensuring the seam is down on a baking sheet.
