Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 8 taco shells
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 2 cups lettuce, shredded
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup taco sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground chicken until browned.
- Add the taco seasoning and a splash of water, simmer until thickened.
- Fill taco shells with the chicken mixture and top with shredded cheese.
- Place tacos on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes, until shells are crispy and cheese is melted.
