Description

A heartwarming casserole combining tender egg noodles, savory ham, and vegetables in a creamy, cheesy sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked egg noodles
  • 1 cup cooked ham, diced
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Optional: bread crumbs for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine your cooked egg noodles, diced ham, frozen mixed vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, milk, half of the shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well mixed.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish, spreading it out evenly.
  4. Top the casserole with the remaining cheese. If using bread crumbs, sprinkle them over the top for added crunch.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Once it’s done, let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

This casserole can be made a day in advance and baked right before serving.
