Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta of choice
- 1 lb cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
- 1 tsp thyme (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain it and set aside.
- In a large skillet, combine the shredded chicken, frozen peas and carrots, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until everything is warmed through.
- Stir in the cooked pasta until evenly combined.
- If using cheese, sprinkle it on top and let it melt.
