Description

Delicious Chicken Street Tacos made with marinated chicken, warm corn tortillas, and fresh toppings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound Chicken breast (boneless and skinless)
  • 8 Corn tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 Onion (diced)
  • 1/2 cup Fresh cilantro
  • 1 Lime (for zest)
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken: Combine olive oil, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add chicken and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Grill the chicken: Preheat the grill over medium-high heat and grill chicken for about 6-8 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  3. Warm tortillas: In a skillet over medium heat, warm each corn tortilla for about 30 seconds on each side.
