Ingredients
- 1 flatbread
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven or air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread the creamy Alfredo sauce evenly over the flatbread.
- Generously top with shredded chicken and then sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top.
- Season with salt and pepper for added flavor.
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or air fry for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is crispy.
- If desired, garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For variations, add sautéed spinach or mushrooms. Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
