- 1 cup fresh lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients: start by finely chopping the garlic and parsley.
- Cook the pasta: bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add the pasta, and cook until al dente, reserving 1 cup of pasta water before draining.

- Add cream and cheese: gradually stir in the heavy cream, then add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth. Adjust with reserved pasta water if too thick.

- Combine pasta and serve: toss the drained pasta into the skillet, ensuring all strands are coated in the sauce, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving hot.
