Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 8 small tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

- 1 lime, juiced
- Garlic powder, to taste
Instructions

- Preheat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat, and cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and are cooked through.
- While the shrimp are cooking, mix sour cream, lime juice, chopped cilantro, and garlic powder in another bowl to create your zesty sauce.
- Warm the tortillas on a separate skillet until soft and pliable.
- Assemble the tacos: place a generous portion of shrimp on each tortilla, top with shredded cabbage, and drizzle over the cilantro lime sauce. Serve immediately.
Notes
For added flavor, consider marinating the shrimp for 30 minutes before cooking. Use fresh lime juice for the best taste.
