Description

A comforting dish that combines the smoky flavors of pulled pork with creamy macaroni and BBQ sauce.


Ingredients

  • 300 g (10 oz) elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups cooked pulled pork
  • 120 ml (½ cup) BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until it’s al dente, then drain thoroughly.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, pulled pork, BBQ sauce, and melted butter, mixing well until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until heated through and the top is slightly crispy.
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving for the best texture.

Notes
