Ingredients
- 300 g (10 oz) elbow macaroni
- 2 cups cooked pulled pork
- 120 ml (½ cup) BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until it’s al dente, then drain thoroughly.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, pulled pork, BBQ sauce, and melted butter, mixing well until everything is evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until heated through and the top is slightly crispy.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving for the best texture.
Notes
For added creaminess, mix in a cup of shredded cheese before baking. Experiment with different types of BBQ sauce for varied flavors.
