- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a mixing bowl.
- Add the crumbled feta cheese, minced garlic, and lemon juice to the bowl.
- Use a fork to mash the ingredients together until combined but still chunky.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then fold in freshly chopped herbs if desired.
