Ingredients
- 12 wonton wrappers
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 cups coleslaw mix
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange the wonton wrappers into a muffin tin, curving them to create a taco shape. Bake for 7-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
- In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and sauté until browned and cooked through.
- Pour in the teriyaki sauce and let simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Mix coleslaw and chopped green onions in a separate bowl.
