Description
A flavor-packed dish that combines crispy chicken pieces with a delightfully spicy bang bang sauce, perfect for game nights or busy weeknights.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko works wonderfully)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Prepare the bang bang sauce by whisking together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a mixing bowl. Set aside.
- Dip the chicken pieces in milk, ensuring they are well coated, then roll them in the breadcrumbs until evenly covered.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and arrange the chicken pieces in a single layer.
- Cook the chicken for about 10-12 minutes; shake the basket halfway through until golden and fully cooked through.
- Toss the crispy chicken in the prepared bang bang sauce and serve!
Notes
For extra juiciness, substitute chicken breast with thighs. Cooking in batches ensures each piece gets that lovely crisp texture.
